This project, which included a paper presentation, was based on a literature review, interviews of industry executives and information downloaded from the web. The paper covered the evolution of courier services, the processes involved in modern operations, the role of IT in Express Industry, etc.

The paper explained the concept of BPR and addressed the issue of Why, When and How to re-engineer using examples from the industry. It also investigated Why companies failed at BPR?

review and interviews of industry executives and it included a
paper presentation. The project explored the concept of
