QUALITY
We have been able to fully satisfy the whims and fancies in quality of our quality conscious customers and maintaining all these years an astounding record in most of the cases of 100% Quality Rating with them.

ACCURACY
We are maintaining General accuracies within 100 micron tolerance in Die cast components. We go as low as 50 micron in critical areas in the die cast components being manufactured by us.

SURFACE FINISH / SURFACE TREATMENT
We are producing components in die casting having international standard of hardware finish required for chromeplating. We can provide components duly Buffed, Vibro-Finished, Shot-Blasted, Zinc Plated, Painted, Powder-Coated, Anodised, Chrome-Nickel-Satin Plated, Lacquered, Electrophoratic Lacquered (Clear & Coloured) etc.

PRESSURE DIE CASTING MACHINES
We have 8 Pressure Diecasting Machines installed in our factory having capacities upto 400T in Cold Chamber Process and 50T in Hot Chamber Process. We are adding more and more machines to cater increasing demand of diecast parts in the market.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY
We can supply in Aluminium / Zinc Diecasting half a million components every month on a regular basis. We can add more Die casting Machines to cater to your requirement as soon as we enter into a deal with you.

TOOL ROOM
We have a well established Tool Room equipped with EDM, 3 HMT Milling Machines,
6 Kirloskar Lathes, Praga Surface Grinders etc. Facilities of CNC Wire Cut, CNC Machining Center, HMT Cylindrical Grinder, HMT Big Size Surface Grinder and CNC Lathe are available in our town for Tool fabrication work. We use Auto CAD / Solid Modeling / CAM for Tool Fabrication.

MACHINING FACILITIES
We have in-house facility for drilling, tapping and conventional machining on lathe & milling. Facility of machining on CNC Lathe and Vertical Machining Center is available nearby and can be arranged on demand with an assurance of high quality demand.

OTHER FACILITIES
Heat-treatment facility & Metal-Impregnation facility are available nearby.

HIGHLY SKILLED AND EXPERIENCED STAFF
We have in our permanent employment Tool designers and Tool & Die Makers who have the expertise and experience of designing and fabricating highly complicated and intricate Die casting Dies within close tolerances to the highest level of accuracy and perfection.

NEW TECHNOLOGY
We are amongst the first few Die casters who have successfully developed the technology to die cast High Magnesium – Low Silicon Aluminium Alloys in India.

FACTORY AREA
Our factory is constructed in an area of 20,000 sq.ft. We have purchased another piece of land measuring 2,00,000 sq.ft. for establishing another factory for manufacturing die cast components.

ISO 9001-2000 / TS-16949
We are a TUV accredited ISO 9001 - 2000 company. We will soon be a TS-16949 company.

RAW MATERIAL
We use Al Si 132 / ADC12 / ADC10 / ADC6 / ADC3 / LM24 / LM6 / LM4 / LM2 / HD4 / HD3 / HD2 made out of HIGH QUALITY ALUMINIUM and MAZAK5 / MAZAK3 made out of SPECIAL HIGH GRADE ZINC only. We do not use any scrap or sub-standard material in manufacturing.
