1. Top
Management Overview and Goal Setting
Presents top management an
overview of key concepts, philosophy, potential results,
and the role management plays in the process. Helps
client establish the vision.
2.
Middle Management Overview
Introduces managers,
supervisors and support staff to key concepts and
philosophy as well as explains their role in the process.
3.
Plant-wide Awareness Sessions
Communicates to entire
organisation something new is about to take place.
Provides a brief overview of concepts alleviates concerns
in advance and explains the major changes that will take
place.
4.
Area "Show & Go" Sessions
Four-hour "Show"
portion consists of education on concepts, tools and
techniques and establishes Cycle Time reduction and On
Time Delivery goals for the team's work area. Day and a
half "Go" portion take the concepts and
techniques from the classroom and immediately introduce
them on the shop floor or office area. Objective:
Substantial improvement (inventory, space, cycle time) by
the end of the second day.
5.
Follow-up Working Sessions
Provides additional
education as required to ensure each work team is
successful in attaining the goals set and
institutionalising the philosophy of continuous
improvement.
6.
Work Team Presentations/Celebrations:
Allows each Work Team to
present to top management its accomplishments and
progress toward goals. Also, provides top management the
opportunity to give positive feedback, which keeps
employees motivated and accelerates the process.
7.
Top Management Review Sessions:
Reviews progress towards
business goals, resolves issues that cannot be dealt with
at lower levels of the organisation, assists with
understanding, education, and applicable techniques, and
establishes additional goals as needed.
8.
Top Management Re-visioning Sessions:
As required, these sessions
continue the education process and ensure the entire
organisation stays focused on the goals and is unified in
the direction being taken.
TOP MANAGEMENT
TRAINING SESSION

shows one of our Senior Consultants conducting a Senior
Management Seminar to a large Corporate Group of Senior
Decision Makers. Such Programs are invariably done at the
very beginning of any assignment we undertake, thereafter
we continue training progressively at lower levels till
we reach the front line operators. After completion of
the training phase we undertake projects at the front
line operators & supervisors. This ensures a Top Down
support coupled with a Bottoms Up Implementation.
