Our general modus operandi is to:

i) Conduct an AS - IS AUDIT to study the present working system of the organisation, which mould help us to identify and focus on the areas that need improvement and to familiarise with people.

ii) Chart the action plan, which we feel is most appropriate to the organisation's needs.

iii) Implement the action plan upon approval from the client.

iv) In our experience, we have realized the need for the human relations development for the sustenance and improvement of the system which leads to continuous Improvement of the organisation. Based on this we include one session of HRD m our main stream training activities.
