is like a toy trying to understand man.
Being careful about interests of others is essence of goodness.
All religions originated with the aim of making the world a better place to live in. Originators and propagators of most of the religions realized that if everybody works for self interest only there would be conflict of interests and weaker would suffer more. Hence in most of the religions, any activity which adversely affects others is considered immoral. The biggest challenge confronting religious heads was how to keep man away from doing immoral things. In most of the religions this challenge was met by taking recourse to concept of God. God exists , in our minds. Till religions keep high level of morality in followers, they are serving their purpose.
Goodness can be promoted by treating it as a valuable trait.
Hard work doesn't guarantee success,
but improves its chances.
To prevent future generations from hereditary diseases
keep .yourself in good health.
High thinking and high living,
are poles apart.
Humility
God, give me courage to do what I can,
humility to admit what I can't,
and wisdom to know the difference.
There are following two messages from theory of karma.
Your condition in this life is determined by your deeds in previous life.
Do good deeds in this life to improve your condition in next life.
Mahatma is one whose soul doesn't rest in peace till
there are tears even in a single eye.
Man as well as animals do whatever makes them happy.
Difference lies only in what makes them happy.
One of the many ways of managing peers is to knock them down so heavily
whenever you find them on wrong foot that
they loose the courage of raising their voice when you are wrong.
Morality-1
Any activity that adversely affects the society
is immoral.
Keep controlling morality of others.
Yours will be automatically taken care of.
Poor are poor,
because
rich are rich.
Inflation continues till common man is completely sucked out of money.
Then recession sets in and continues till he becomes suckable again.
Religions must continue to adopt to changing times,
because only the fittest shall survive.
There is no logical answer to the question ' Why be moral?'.
Religions provide practical answers to this question.
Till religions keep high level of morality in the followers,
they are serving their purpose
Some services we render to the society through our occupation.
Some services we receive from the society for our living.
If former is more valuable than later, society is indebted to us,
otherwise we are.
Organizations rarely progress in absence of well defined code of conduct, and system to ensure that these are strictly adhered to.
Same is true for society.
Earlier people used to switch on TV's after getting bored with their routine works.
Now they switch on to routine works after getting bored with TV.
