Case Study:  Pedophilic homosexual molester.

Henry was a 19 year old soldier in the army who had an excellent war record. He was arrested after molesting a 9 year old son of a village merchant. His confession exposed his disorders involving pedophiliac and homosexual behavior since he was a child. Typically, he had also been involved in sexual misconduct involving animals as a boy.  Medical interviews following his arrest indicated severe paranoia toward medical personnel further complicating his treatment.

Being of unsound mind permission for treatment was granted by his mother, his father being unavailable in the war.

Interviews demonstrated aggressive tendency and because of his age castration ws performed followed by weeks of further interviews.  He continued displaying resentment of males and his doctors in particular. It was apparent that the castration alone could not make him productive and content.

Henry underwent partial excision of the his left frontal lobe and radiation therapy exposure to the hypothalamus 4 weeks after his first surgery. This was followed by aversion therapy consisting of exposure to male genitalia while injections of apomorphine to induce vomiting twice daily.  His aggression ceased almost immediately and after only two weeks treatment he no longer showed any symptoms of psychosexual disorders.

Henry was released to a factory and retrained to work in assembly and was never arrested again. He showed no aggression or homosexual desires nor did he show any interest in children thereafter.

Case Study:  Homosexual Schoolteacher.

Johann was a 27 year old high school teacher with above average intelligence and acceptable work record. He had never been arrested prior to his arrest for sodomy. His disorder made his occupation unacceptable due to his exposure to children. He desired to remain teaching and consented to treatment.

Treatment was ordered and aversion therapy commenced for 6 weeks after which he became too weak from dehydration to continue. It was decided that he may benefit from synthetic testosterone treatment so implantation of delivery tube was ordered. Upon recovery Johann underwent another 4 weeks of milder aversion therapy and was pronounced cured.  17 months later he married and was not arrested again.
