If you are from Mumbai, just give us a call and we will be there
for personal meeting with you.
If you are not from Mumbai, get the quote from us
for your required merchandise.
For that, send your enquiry quoting the
style ID with Art work or the picture of your Logo. If you have the same on your
computer, email it to us.
Next, we'll see the print-ability of your
picture and work on it to get the best possible image result.
We will
send you our confirmation detailing the job with price and delivery schedule details.
Once you are OK with that, we can make the sample for your approval
before commencing the production.

How do I obtain a quote?
Price factor depends on number of things.For obtaining the quote, you will
have to let us know:

item are you interested in?
What
is the quantity required?
Do you
want in white or color?
How many
imprints do you want and where do you want them? (In front / back / on sleeve....)

What is the minimum order quantity?
With our regular clients, we are flexible with minimum quantity.
However, for new clients, minimum quantity would be 12 dozens for any color regardless
of sizes. You can have all the sizes (S,M,L,XL) in those 12 dozens.

Do I have to order in the same
size?
No. As mentioned above, you can order in different sizes. We can also custom
pattern T-shirts, Sweat shirts or Polo shirts of your choice.

Does it cost extra for different color
shirts?
Yes and No. Bleached fabric (white color) is always a little cheaper that
dyed fabric (colored). Dyeing charges also vary according to the shades. So, the
prices depend on the color you order.
For general idea, you can divide
the prices in 3 parts: For white, light colors and dark colors.

Are there any screen set up charges?
For printing garments, we use screen for each color. We have to develop the
screen for every single color that is there in a given design.
For example,
you need two designs on your Tee shirt. Design in the front has 3 colors and design
in the back has 2 colors. So, we have to develop 5 screens for 5 colors.

How much would post order sampling
cost me?
Cost of screens and sample Tee shirts are the only thing that will cost you.
We can deliver the samples at your doorstep if you are from Mumbai city.
No charges for delivery. However, if you are not in Mumbai, we can send you samples
by VPP, courier or post, whatever method that you decide.

How do I send you my logo Art
work?
You can send by eMail, courier or by snail mail.

We have design on paper or floppy.
Can you make Art work for us?
Yes, we can make the Art work on your behalf. For designs on papaer, send
by snail-mail (post) or by courier and if you have the design on floppy, send
by eMail.

Can you create Art work on my
idea?
Yes, we can create the Art work just from your idea if you are in Mumbai
as we can have a meeting together where we generalize your idea and later create
the Art work at our place using various designing software that we specialize
in.

Do the garments shrink?
Very good question.
Usually, people think that cotton garments shrink.
They are right to some extent. Cotton fabrics do shrink if they are not processed
properly at manufacturing time.
That is why, we mercerize / compact
the fabric at processing time so they never shrink. They are pre shrunked by compacting
them.
So, rest assured. Unlike other cheap Tees available in the market,
our Tees will never become "S" size from "L" size label.

Do
the garments loose their shape?
No. For the same reason given above, mercerizing process compacts the fabric
so that they don't shrink nor loose their shape.

What kind of printing do you do?
We do all kind of printing for different effects.
Pigment print,
plastic print, rubber print and plastisol print. All our inks adhere to the garments
very well and maintain their colors for a very long time.

What is the mode of payment?
Currently we accept checks, Money orders and cash. We take some advance payment
from our new customers.

How would you deliver the merchandise?
In Mumbai city, we'll deliver the merchandise at your doorstep - FREE. To
the rest part, by rail, road or courier, whichever way you prefer. Our charges
are FOB only.

I am not from India. Do you supply overseas?
Yes.
All the details that are given above relates in your case. Only difference is:
Mode of payment. Against export orders, we accept irrevocable Letter of Credit.
