Indian Airline Concessional Fares
- Armed Forces 50% discount on basic fare on all domestic
sectors.
- Senior Citizens (65 years) 50% discount on basic fare on all
domestic sectors.
- Student Domestic 50% discount on basic fare is permitted to
travel on any of the Domestic sectors.
- Student International 25% discount on all International
sectors as well as connecting domestic sectors.
- Cancer patients 50% discount on fares including fuel s/c on
domestic and indo-Nepal sectors.
- Port Blair Rs. 250. A discount of Rs. 250/- 0n the one way
fare, when at last 2 members of a family travel together from
Chennai /Calcutta to port Blair or vice versa.

SHOW charges -NIL.
- Common Interest Group 10% discount is offered to Groups of 10
or more adults travelling together on Internatoinal sectors as
well as connecting domestic services.
- Employees of Govt. of India Foreign mission 40% discount on
round -trip fare on International sectors.
- Tour Conductor's A tour conductor accompanying at last a group
of 10 tourists is permitted at half the normal fare and for 15 or
more tourists is allowed to travel free.
- Discover India Fare USS 500 for 15 days USS 750 for 21 days.
Allows unlimited travel with certain routing restrictions on
domestic sectors of India Airlines.
- India Wonderfare USS 300, travel for a week within any of the
North, East, Westof South India Region. Port Blair not included in
the scheme
- Invalid Passengers/Stretcher Case on all journeys on India
Airlines domestic as well as international sectors in Economy
class, four times the normel adult fare except on Dornier A/C. on
Dornier A/C three times the normel adult fare.
- War Disabled persons 50% concession on domestic fare including
fuel surcharge.
- War Widows A 50% concession in air fares as applicable to
Armed Forces personnel.
- Promotional Fares SARC 20% for individual passengersand 30%
for group travel within SARC countries (India, Bangladesh, Nepal,
Maldives, Pakistan and Srilanka ) when three countries are
included in the itinerary.
- Personnel of GREF A 50% concession in air fares to personnel
of General Reserve Engineering Force, on the same terms as
applicable to Armed Forces.
- Bravery Award Winners A concession of 50%, also extended to
Ex-Armed Forces personnel who are recipients of highest bravery
award of level l&ll.
- Disabled persons suffering from Locomotor disability 50%
discount on domestic sectors.
