MEDLINE 
MEDLINE is the most famous MEDLARS database. It contains bibliographic citations in all languages on all fileds of Biomedicine (medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine and the preclinical sciences). Contains more than 9.2 million citations from more than 3,800 international biomedical journals from 1966 to the present. Approximately 31,000 new citations are added each month. Abstracts for all articles can be accessed for free. Click above to go to Internet Grateful Med, a search engine for MEDLINE and 14 other databases. Choose MEDLINE from the list and Search for citations. Utilise the user-friendly interface for help on your search.  You can also go to PubMed (the retrieval engine that Internet Grateful Med uses) directly.

CANCERLIT 
CANCERLIT is a bibliographic database on Cancer that contains more than 1.3 million citations and abstracts from over 4,000 different sources including biomedical journals, proceedings, books, reports, and doctoral theses. Produced by the US National Cancer Institute's International Cancer Information Center, it contains references to cancer literature published from 1963 to the present. It is updated with more than 8,000 records every month.
 
 
CENTERWATCH Clinical Trials
Centerwatch is a clinical trial listing service tracking more than 7,500 trials actively recruiting patients. It also provides a listing of NIH studies, newly approved drug therapies, research headlines, and a lot of information on research centers and industry providers.

 
 
About the MEDLARS databases
MEDLARS® (MEDical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System) is the computerized system of databases and databanks offered by the US National Library of Medicine (NLM).
The following databases can be accessed from Internet Grateful Med :
MEDLINE (including PREMEDLINE) and 14 other databases: AIDSLINE, AIDSDRUGS, AIDSTRIALS, DIRLINE, HealthSTAR, HSRPROJ, HISTLINE, OLDMEDLINE, SDILINE, SPACELINE, BIOETHICSLINE, POPLINE, TOXLINE and ChemID.

MEDLINE (MEDlars onLINE):
Citations in all languages on all fileds of Biomedicine (medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine and the preclinical sciences). OLDMEDLINE: citations published between 1960-65
PREMEDLINE:Basic information on citations being indexed currently and being put into MEDLINE.
SDILINE® (Selective Dissemination of Information onLINE): Citations from the most recently complete month in MEDLINE.

AIDSLINE (AIDS information onLINE):
Citations on AIDS and related topics from various databases, conferences, newsletters and journals.
AIDSTRIALS (AIDS clinical TRIALS):
Facts and references on clinical trials of substances being tested for use against AIDS and related diseases.
AIDSDRUGS:
Facts on substances being tested in AIDS related clinical trials.

ChemID (CHEMical IDentification):
A factual directory of over 339,000 chemical compounds of biomedical and regulatory interest.
TOXLINE® (TOXicology information onLINE): Bibliographic citations on toxicological, pharmacological, biochemical and physiological effects of drugs and other chemicals.

POPLINE® (POPulation information onLINE):
Bibliographic citations on family planning, population law and policy, primary health care, including maternal and child health in developing countries.

HISTLINE (HISTory of medicine onLINE):
Ciitations on the history of medicine and related sciences containing about 207,000 records.

BIOETHICSLINE (BIOETHICS onLINE):
Citations on ethics and related public policy issues in healthcare and biomedical research.
DIRLINE (Directory of Information Resources onLINE):
A directory of resources providing information services on health and biomedical issues primarily in the US.
HealthSTAR (Health Services, Technology, Administration, and Research):
Citations on clinical and non-clinical aspects of health care delivery.
HSRPROJ (Health Services Research Projects in Progress):
Descriptions on research projects both in the US and worldwide.
SPACELINE: Bibliographic citations on space life sciences.
