We have our manufacturing facility in VASAI, an industrial town in the suburbs of the commercial capital of India - MUMBAI. To ensure capability of achieving the above desired target, only the most experienced and passionate Managers were employed in each department. The Works department is headed by a person who has 15 years of experience in not only day to day manufacturing but also possesses great skills in the field of design, development and quality control.

Low dome, aerodynamic, injection molded shell, customized expanded poly styrene liner, skin friendly polyurethane laminated fabric, size suitable high density foam for cheek pads and tubular chin strap with quick release buckle --- all these contribute immensely to an excellent fit and feel around the wearer’s head. Front-runners in most races and rallies held all over use KTB helmets and these rallyists have time and again complimented us on the snug fit that our helmets offer. Now, this very feature has become our USP.

The range of helmets, being marketed under the style “KTB”, was launched in the Indian markets on the 4th of December 2002 and very soon our helmets were successfully tested to the 1993 specifications of the BUREAU OF INDIAN STANDARDS and the necessary certificate was received. Subsequently, our helmets were tested and the finding was that our helmets meet the D.O.T of the US specifications, hence approved.

KTB helmets are offered in a variety of colors, both in the SOLID and the GRAFIC versions and also ventilated and non-ventilated versions.
