I hold a Grade-1 Amatuer Wireless Telegraph licence (popularly known as HAM radio). My call-sign is VU2BLW. To become the part of the worldwide ham network you need to pass a test conducted by Ministry of Communications. The test consists of basic electronics, amatuer radio rules and regulations and Morse code listening and sending.
