MECSHOT P7 series represents portable blasting machines working on pressure blast principle. This involves pressure feed of abrasive & produces very high abrasive velocity- Pressure blasting is three times faster than suction blast equipment.

MECSHOT Model : P7-150 This is an economy model having 42 litre capacity abrasive tank to work for 12-15 minutes without re-filling. Lightweight for easy one man operation. Requires an air compressor of 12.5 or 15 H.P. Generally recommended for small job and occasional work such as repairing or maintenance.
	MECSHOT Model :P7-301 A medium capacity blast machine having 85 litre abrasive tank and a 6mm orifice blast nozzle. It features all plus points of design of large models. Recommended for semi production work. Used for cleaning of tank,stone building, truck chassis, casting etc. This machine can be converted into automatic start/stop machine by installing remote control system and in that case machine is designated as P 7-301 R
MECSHOT Model : P7-501 A favorite of commercial blaster. It is a heavy duty production machine. It has 142 litres abrasive tank. Machine incorporates pinch valve for accurate regulating of abrasive flow. The machine is suitable for pipe cleaning if fitted with Internal Pipe Cleaning Tool.
	P7-1001 Basically similar to Model P7-501 but larger abrasive tank, blast nozzle and blast hose to give very high output. Extra rugged construction. The machine is recommended for moderate to heavy blasting work such as tanks, girders and steel fabrications. A variety of abrasives, sand, grit, shot can be used. The machine can be used for outdoor work as well as with a Blast Room system inside the factory.
P7-901 This continuous working model stays on job without stopping. Here's How it works A helper fills the entire unit with abrasive.During blasting operation the abrasive from upper chamber will automatically transfer to bottom chamber. Depressurize the top chamber and refill. The cycle is repeated with no interference to blasting operation. Recommended for high productivity. It is a rugged workhorse outperforms them all and get the job in least amount of time.

Tungsten carbide Long Venturi Nozzle:
Blast Nozzle is the heart of the machine. A Long Venturi nozzle with long-lasting tungsten carbide lining provides extra acceleration of the abrasive/air mixture for supersonic blasting speeds. This ensures evenly distributed bigger pattern width to get high output..

Abrasive Sieving :
A wire-screen is fitted to sieve abrasive.Oversized abrasive and debris is retained on the screen thus preventing choking in blast line.Screen can be replaced to suit abrasive size.

Air Filter & Pressure Gauge:
An Air Filter separates traces of moisture to ensure dry and oil free compressed air supply from the compressor. The pressure gauge allows monitoring of air pressure for maximum efficiency.

Automatic Exhaust Valve:
It takes out tank air and thereby machine is depressurized instantly. The valve opens automatically with stop of air supply to the machine.and vice versa.

Abrasive Tank:
It is hydraulically tested at 250 p.s.i. It has a wide inspection hole. Its conical hopper allows complete use of all abrasive.

Automatic Filling Valve:
Opens or closes each time the machine is depressurized or pressurized. Saves filling time.

Abrasive Control Valve:
The very heart of the machine. It is a pinch valve to control the flow of abrasive going to nozzle.Trouble-free operation and needs least maintenance.

Airfed Blaster's Helmet [At extra price]:
Rubberized FRP helmet is not only a safety crash helmet but provides breathing air to the operator and protects him from impact of abrasive and dust inhalation.

Antistatic Blast Hose:

ACCESSORIES

REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM :
It places complete on-off control of machine in the hand of operator at blast nozzle. Blasting starts just by depressing handle and stops by releasing it.
It saves abrasive consumption when operator changes position or is performing spot blasting, because operator can start or stop blasting at will.
It provides added safety to operator and other personnel in the area because should the operator, for any reason, lose the control of blast hose, abrasive blasting will stop instantly and automatically.
Machines fitted with Remote control system are denoted with R such as P 7-301R, P7-501R, P7-1001R etc.

INTERNAL PIPE CLEANING TOOL
Cleans pipes of 51 mm to 914 mm inside diameter and upto 12000 mm long. Cleans completely around 360degree interior of pipe. Removes stubborn rust, carbon, old paint etc within minutes. Can clean stacked pipes. No rotation required. Simple to operate. Internal Pipe Cleaning Tool operates with any high capacity pressure blasting machine such as P7-501 or P7-1001.

WET HEAD
It is recommended for economical wet, dustless, blast-cleaning with P 7 type blast machines on such jobs as cleaning structures of stones, brick, concrete etc. Wet blast nozzle is attached to abrasive blast nozzle to provide wetting of dry air-abrasive stream prior to its forceful discharge from the nozzle orifice. Also serves to wash off finished surfaces with clean pressurized air-water stream after shutting off abrasive supply.
