** Have you approached a Funder and was told to pay Thousands of Dollars as upfront Fees? Some ask for upto USD100,000 as Upfront Fees to process your loan!!! For those hesitating to pay, our advice is don't pay. For those who have already paid, you know what is the outcome now!

** No performance and lost of your money.

** Not enough with upfront money or with the so called Retainer Fee, they will ask you for further payment as for due diligence to be carried out at a later stage!! Of course the due diligence will never be in your favour and the transaction will also fail with this as the main cause/reason. Once again you have lost you money and are still no where with the finance.

ASK YOURSELVES THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS

** Why would a Funder need to advertise to offer you the loan that they themselves can utilise, while some even claim to have BILLIONS OF FUNDS AVAILABE!!

** Why do they have to collect hundreds of Thousands of Dollars from you if they already have such funds themselves?

WHAT WE OFFER

** For clarity purpose, we wish to stress that we are NOT FUNDERS, nor are we INTERMEDIARIES. We are the "ARRANGERS" and we are in direct link with the FUNDERS and Program Providers.

** Our Funders do not appear nor advertise themselves anywhere, as this is the common practice and there is no requirements for it either.

** We adopt five(5) methods of financing which is as follows :-

METHOD 1

This is a Direct Funding Method. You will be required to provide us with the following documents/items:

STEP 1 : A detailed Summary of your Proposed Project Funding of not more than 3 pages.

STEP 2 : We will perform a Preliminary Approval (Please take note that the following projects will not be acceptable to our funders)

(a) Start up capital without availability of any form of security.

(b) The availability of Security of at least 50% of the Funds applied for must be present.

(c) Projects which are illegal in nature.

(d) Projects which are dealing with Ammunition/Arms.

STEP 3 : Upon Approval we shall refer you to three(3) of our Funders to whom you will communicate directly and present all the necessary documentations.

STEP 4 : If you're not able to conclude the transaction within sixty(60) days with these three(3) Funders, we will refer you to a further three(3) Funders and if you are unsuccessfull in securing a loan and closing the transaction, your file will be strictly closed unless otherwise agreed by both the Funder and yourselves.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE FUNDERS

1. The normal duration of the loan is negotiable with the Funder and it is generally anything between three(3) to twenty(20) years.

2. Interest rate varies from two point five (2.5%) percent to twenty (20%) percent. This depends upon the risk factor of the project involved.

3. Our commission payable is two point five(2.5%) percent Fixed.

4. Upon the Preliminary approval of the project, you are required to settle a sum of USD Four Hundred and Fifty (450) as administrative charges. This sum will be retained in our Account for a duration of ninety(90) days. On the ninety(90th) day, this sum shall be directly deposited back into your account, wether you close the transaction with the Funder or not. There is no hidden clause at all here. The purpose of retaining this sum is to foster a Commitment towards the Funding Project, as we do not want uncommitted people who wish to apply on curiosity basis only. This sum will ensure that only serious clients are introduced to Funders who do not wish to waste their time and effort. You are secured as the sum is returned back into your account unless you did not contact the Funder that was introduced and wasted our time and effort.

Not all projects can be funded directly due to lack of security and other reasons. As such we have alternative methods of Financing which we handle directly with Program Managers themselves.

METHOD 2

Utilising the ASSET ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM and with Joint Resources you should be able to raise Millions of Dollars for your Project.

STEP 1: You E-MAIL to us on your Commitment amount that you wish to transact. (The cash remains with you at all times)

STEP 2: Simillarly there are others who join this program and with the vigorious advertisement around the globe in a matter of 30-45 days, we should be able to get sufficient people to raise USD 1 Million.

STEP 3: Once the USD 1 million commitment has been raised, all the people involved will be required to meet in a European Bank to open a Joint account where the funds will be placed and traded.This Joint Account will be one of those which is very safe for each one of the investor.

STEP 4: A return of 100% over a period of 21 days shouldn't be a problem on this cash transactions.

STEP 5: While your Principal amount is secured in the Joint Account with the other clients, your returns can then be utilised for further Higher Level transactions and these are called "BLOCK FUNDS LETTER TRANSACTIONS"

Next, utilising this USD 500,000 we will be able to arrange for a BLOCK FUNDS LETTER for USD10million which will be traded for a period of 21 days and will provide a return of 70%

Setting aside USD500,000 and utilizing USD900,000 for your own purpose, now we will be able to arrange for you a BLOCK FUNDS LETTER of USD10 million and with a return of 70% you will have USD 7 Million. This process will then continue until your required Funds have been generated/accumulated.

Remember you start with USD100,000 and you are on your way to accessing millions!!The best part of the program is that you DO NOT have to REPAY!! The only payment is our commission of 2.5% at closing of each transaction. Out of which you are indirectly contributing 1.5% towards the CHILDREN WITH AIDS PROGRAMME (refer to our LINK-WEBSITE below).

TAKE NOTE : This method is on a PROJECT FUNDING BASIS and we only accept clients who have a minimum of USD 100,000 to transact.

For a smaller amount seekers of USD100,000 - USD 2.5 million PLEASE FOLLOW Method 2A.

METHOD 2A

In this method, the same steps apply as in Method 2 above. The only difference being the calculations and the duration to accumulate the Funds.

Next,utilising this USD 500,000 we arrange for a BLOCK FUNDS LETTER for trading for a period of 21 days which will generate returns of 70%.

TAKE NOTE : This program is designed for small scale project fundings, with a minimum of USD10,000 upto USD99,999 as your investment.

METHOD 2B

For those who only have USD1,000 - USD9,999, we will accept your funding under Method 2B. This method is simillar in nature to Method 2 and Method 2A and the only difference being, the duration required to accumulate the sum needed. However, do not be discouraged as there are millions more out there who are in the same boat as you are and in fact it may even be faster to raise the sum required then you may think or actually expected.

METHOD 2C

For those clients who have below USD1,000 and wish to participate in our program, you may E-MAIL mentioning your desired investment and we shall advise you on your course of program to be taken.

COLLECTION

Apart from the above programs we also provide a COLLECTION service. This is mainly for those who have paid Upfront Fees to Funders or for due deligence and have not secured any loan nor recovered their money back. You may write to us with all the details and we will try our best to recover whatever amount possible from the respective company or shall advise you on the due course of action. This will not cost you anything initially,however it will definitely be of help to others from facing the same problems/situations. Our only charges are 20% from the sum recovered. It doesn't matter how long ago you paid to this people, just write to us with full details and we will look into it. HELP US TO HELP YOU AND OTHERS FROM GETTING INTO YOUR SITUATION.We only collect Up-Front / Retainer fees paid to Funders, Brokers and their Associates. Please do not contact us for any other Trade Debts collection.
