Rajasic
food refers to Coffee, Tea, Meat, Fish, Eggs, Spices, Butter and Ghee. The energy
level form these foods is moderate.
Sattvic
food refers to Milk, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, Grains, Legumes, Nuts and
Seeds. The subtle energy level from these foods is high.
Food is normally consumed to appease pangs of hunger, and to meet the calorie
and other nutrient requirements, and to please the palate. Hence the sensation
of gross pleasure is absorbed which may generate heaviness, sleepiness; when
this is high it can also lead to stomach ache and headache. As a result of this
gross state, the energy from the food released will be low. This gross state
of vibration was more in Rajasic food than in Sattvic food during
Sound Treatment. The energy being higher, subtle vibrations were observed to
be more in Sattvic food for Sound Treatment, followed by Prana, Aroma-I
and Aroma-II treatments.
It
was found from the study that the physiological vibrations absorbed state is
different for Rajasic food (grosser), whereas for Sattvic food
the vibrations were (subtle).
Absorbed
vibrations of food also produce psychological change. It can stimulate negative
or gross and lethargic states like Anger, Lust, Irritable, Depressed Thoughts
and Emotions as well as positive state of emotions like Concentration, Calm,
Feeling Light, Peaceful or No Feeling or Serenity.
Therefore,
the type of food consumed will indirectly influence the vibratory state of the
mind and body.
Among
the three treatments, the Sound effect as a vibration on the psycho-physiological
state, in Sattvic food consumption, had a better result.
To
enter into the Intraconscient Sattvic food, together with Sound (or pleasant
Music) produced a subtler vibration and subtler psycho-physiological state of

It
was seen from Table-4, that the Experimental Group exposed to Treatments during
Consumption Period of “Rajasic” foods revealed that the “Prana”
Treatments exposed Experimental subjects have more positive feelings like hungry,
very high energy, very very high energy than Sound, Aroma-I and Aroma-II Treatment.
It is very interesting to highlight that for all the treatments under study
that during consumption of Sattvic foods the subjects positive feeling
were increased and showed better results than during Rajasic food consumption
period. The positive physiological feelings were observed in the preferential
order for the treatment Prana, Aroma-I and Aroma-II.
The
findings also indicate that more negative feelings were observed by Control
Group subjects during Ragasic food consumption than during Sattvic
food consumption.
Further,
the findings of Table-4 also indicate that a higher percentage of “No Feelings”
was recorded by Experimental Group as compared to the Control Group, during
the Consumption of Sattvic food for all the treatments under study. The
Chi square Test showed statistically non-significant findings.
Positive
psychological changes like Concentration, Calm, Feeling light and peaceful were
high in the Experimental Group during Sattvic food consumption than during
Rajasic food consumption. It was revealed from the table Prana
Treatment had better influence on subjects followed by Aroma-I, Sound and Aroma-II
Treatment.
It
can be seen from Table-4 that negative psychological changes like anger, lust,
irritableness, depressive though and emotions ere found to be high in subjects
of the Control Group during the consumption of Rajasic food, as against
the consumption of Sattvic
food. The negative feelings was noticed for Sound Treatment followed by Prana,
Aroma-I and Aroma-II.
It was seen from the Table-4 that “No feelings” were more observed for Sattvic food for Sound, Aroma-I and followed by Prana and Aroma-II. However, the X 2 test revealed non-significant findings between experimental and control group subjects. Though the results are statistically non-significant when the results are assessed based on the subjects of Experimental Group had experienced more positive psycho-physiological state than the Control Group. All the three treatments did bring about subtle changes.
