	I had intense training and inherited the art of music from my mother the late Smt. Padma Seshadri. Smt. Padma Seshadri was a graded artiste with the All India Radio, Mumbai. A fine singer with a melodious voice, Padma Seshadri was groomed under the late Yagneshwara Bhagavatar of Bombay, nephew of Harikenallur Muthiah Bhagavatar. Needless to say, Padma Seshadri's music had the backing of the rich & rared paathanthara & an added emphasis on manodharma Sangitam. Here's a picture with my mother. Smt. T. R. BALAMANI -------------- Balamani is one of the finest teachers of Carnatic Music. I was fortunate to learn from Smt. Balamani, subsequent to my training from my mother.
