Year 2000 Issues

As we all know the Year 2000 is growing closer, but does this mean that there's no hope in finding a cure for the Year 2000 Bug? Not really! But what exactly is the the Year 2000 Bug? Does it really have something to do with the double zeros - the answer is no! The double zeros have nothing to do with it. In fact 00 in DOS and 16 bit Windows operating systems means the year 1980, while on a Unix system it means the year 1900.
